The Friends of the Public Market announce that the 16th Annual Artist Row Public Market Art Fair, a juried art show and celebration of art and community, will be held on Sunday, September 19, 2021, 10 am - 4 pm at the Rochester Public Market, 280 N. Union Street. Admission and parking are free.
